Ordering Information

Orders may be placed online ( preferred ) or by email at, by calling 305-560-5337, or by fax to 305-224-1859. A sales representative is available from 9 am – 7 pm Eastern Time. Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed the following day unless otherwise specified.


Your privacy is very important to us. We only collect information when you voluntarily register on our site. This information is used to process your order. This includes your name, practice name, e-mail address, specialty street address & phone number. We do not sell any information you provide to any third parties.


As the shipping costs cannot be accurately calculated online for many of the items we sell, any cost for orders placed online will include standard shipping charges, if any changes are identified a sales representative will contact you to verify your order, options, and shipping charges in order to process your order correctly. Our representative may contact you via e-mail, fax, or by phone within one business day; at this time, you may either approve or cancel the order. Refusal of Shipment

If you refuse the order, you will be charged for all shipping, delivery & storage charges incurred and a 20% restocking fee.

Estimated Shipping

Regenestem Store Inc ships by a wide variety of  Couriers and Freight Forwarders Ie UPS, DHL, or FEDEX. In certain Latin American countries where imports are severely restricted we even use personal delivery via “ courier on board “. Please call our office to inquire about this shipping option.

Products ship from different warehouses in the U.S. and shipping times will vary depending on the items ordered or the time. We always try to ship your complete order within 2  weeks. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier handling the delivery.

Damaged Items

We urge customers to inspect the receiving merchandise prior to signing the receipt from the carrier. If pieces are missing, have the driver make notations on the delivery receipt. Open and inspect all packages/cartons immediately, Regenestem Store suggests you do this while the driver is present. If damaged, be sure to retain all packing materials for the inspection. Notify Regenestem Store immediately for information on how to report the loss/damage to the freight company and the proper procedure for filling out a claim. Taking pictures is advisable.


To request a return authorization, call our customer service department at 305-560-5337 or  for a return authorization. Details and charges pertaining to returns will be provided and our representatives will advise you on Regenestem Store return policy.


Most manufacturer’s warranties will apply to new items. Refurbished warranty will be determined by Regenestem Store Please do not tamper or alter any of your new equipment due to warranty guarantees. If you have any questions, please call Regenestem Store. The customer is responsible for freight or shipping charges for sending warranty items back to Regenestem Store


In no event shall the manufacturer be liable, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) for damages in excess of the purchase price of the product, accessory or software, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind, or loss of revenue or profits, loss of business, loss of information or data, software or applications or other financial loss arising out of or in connection with the ability or inability to use the products, accessories or software to the full extent these damages may be disclaimed by law.
